How do I connect Jira or Azure DevOps?
Go to Connect from your dashboard, choose Jira or Azure DevOps, and provide a base URL and API token. Credentials are used only in memory for the session and are never stored on our servers.
Can I analyze a file instead of connecting live?
Yes. Use the file import option to upload a CSV/JSON export of your issues. The file is processed in memory to build your dashboards and is not persisted.
What do the privacy modes mean?
STRICT mode avoids sending any issue content to third-party AI providers. ENTERPRISE_PRIVATE mode allows richer AI-assisted narratives while still discarding source data after analysis.
What is the Secure Gateway?
The Secure Gateway is a component that runs in your environment, pulls data from Jira/ADO, performs in-memory analysis, and only sends the resulting dashboard/email content out — raw issue data is discarded after each run.
How do exports work?
You can export your organization's stored control-plane configuration (settings, recipients, schedules) as JSON from the Security & Privacy page. No Jira/ADO issue content is ever stored or exported.
Something went wrong — how do I recover?
Try refreshing the connection or re-uploading your file. If a live connection fails, verify your API token hasn't expired and that the base URL is correct. Contact your organization admin if the issue persists.
